Changed Categories Name for RSS

All categories names with “&” in between has been replaced with “and”, so that the category name compatible with weblog’s RSS2.0 feed.

I wonder who will use the RSS feed of my blog? To me, RSS feed is only for BIG and informative websites. Only their users will want to always keep updates with the website contents…
