The sad thing is, they DID come the day after I called them, it being fine for about a day went back to crap the next and I had to call them again. I think I wasn&#039;t the only one in my neighbourhood having the problem. That&#039;s probably why a week after that they finally replaced the ports for my neighbourhood and we never had a problem since. Try getting more people in the same area to call.
