Just upgraded this weblog to WordPress version 1.0.2.

The upgrade process is simple. Upload all the files in WordPress package(overwrite old files), run /wp-admin/upgrade.php. That’s all.

Hmm… Don’t feel anything different/new. Later need to add back Project Petaling Street ping code into the script. Upgrading has overwritten the modified version.

I am waiting for final version of WordPress 1.2 :)

Reminder to myself:
Two months already, haven’t make weblog design!

  • So, where is the ping code for PPS? Please do feel free to e-mail me at byte@aeon.com.my, as I'm mildly interested in taking a look at it. Thanks!

Sorry, I may not give you the code because PPS Ping URL is private and limited to members only. You may register as PPS member for free by follow the instruction. After become PPS member, send me an email with the Ping URLs to prove that you are the member. Then I will send you the modified WordPress file with buttons to ping PPS. Or, I tell you what to modify if you want do it yourselves. :)
  • Yeah, I reckon posting information about modifications and stuff would be good. PPS has no instructions, and WP doesn't do pinging automatically. Must look at the forums, but if you've got stuff, do share, thanks
