Sasser Worm Suspect Arrested

German police have arrested an 18-year-old man suspected of creating the Sasser computer worm, believed to be one of the Internet’s costliest outbreaks of sabotage.
Thought:
Wow! 18 year old only!? What were we doing at the age huh? 
I am surprised that German police arrested the suspect in such a short time. Unfortunely, no detail about how the suspect found. 
In the past records, great worm/virus writers are seldom be arrested, except this time.
BTW, German really has many hackers/crackers… but seems like they seldom contribute to the computing world.
