Author’s description:
With MovieSnapshot you can extract and save single movie frames (all movie formats supported by the Windows MediaPlayer) as JPEG files. MovieSnapshot uses Microsofts new DirectShow interface and it is Windows2000 and WindowsXP compatible. MovieSnapshot is freeware.

Free Hosting For Image, Video and File
June 30th, 2004 | Category: Life Log, Tips n Tricks, Web | View CommentsPreviously, I recommended free image hosting sites which do not required any registeration and offer unlimited space and bandwidth. Among the free image hosting sites, I hightly recommend the ImageShack. It is fast and reliable.
However, those image hosting sites do not allow video uploads, which is much bigger size and eat up much more bandwidth…
Often my friends forward some interesting video clips, which I would like to share with all of you, but I didn’t do so due to the limited bandwidth. Therefore, I searched for free video hosting and found 2and2.net!
2and2.net is a free image hosting and free file hosting site. There is NO webspace or bandwidth limit.
The valid file extentions (with maximum file sizes) are:
.swf (3MB) .jpg (1MB) .jpeg (1MB) .png (1MB) .gif (1MB)
.bmp (2MB) .txt (200K) .doc (1MB) .rtf (200K) .ppt (1MB) .pdf (1MB) .avi (3MB) .wmv (3MB) .mpeg (3MB) .mpg (3MB) .mov (3MB) .asf (3MB) .rm (3MB) .mp3 (3MB) .wav (3MB) .wma (3MB) .mid (3MB)
As you can see, 2and2.net allow image, document, video and music uploads. Though you cannot upload whole full time video(except you cut it into small pieces), but it is more than enough to upload small video clips.
