Added ShoutBox to LcF Weblog

Added shoutbox at the right panel. Visitors may leave online messages now! 
I was looking for light weight, easy to maintain and configurable shoutbox and install it at my web host, but there are too many shoutbox scripts available. I don’t know which one to choose. 
Later I realised that I only need a place for visitor to leave messages, why don’t just use a online shoutbox service?
In the end, I choose the free shoutbox service – MyShoutBox.com. It is highly configurable, easy to use and does not display text ads in the shoutbox.
