Back To College?

Dad made a long distance call from Indonesia to me in the afternoon. He concerns about my plan after resigned. Instead of asking about my job hunting, he asked me further my studies. He even asked me go to India and study there for one or two year. “Don’t stay in Malaysia. Must go out and see the world outside.”, he said. :)

Dad is right, too. I can take this chance to upgrade myself and do freelance at free time. Am thinking to take a Microsoft Certification, probably the Microsoft Certificated Application Developer(MCAD). Later can upgrade again to Microsoft Certificated Solution Developer(MCSD).

I know not much about the Microsoft certifications… How much it cost? How long time it takes? Where to take the course? and etc. If you are Microsoft Certificated Professional or know about it, please leave a comment. Thank you. :)

What are the other popular professional certificates in the industry?

Thought:
Dad very cares about his children studies. Dad always wishes us to fly out from Malaysia and study more advance knowledges of other countries.

“The more knowledge you are, the more your boss like you. Because you can do more work for your boss.”, said Dad. It’s truth, indeed.

it can become like a coop up animal in a cage, though I do not
    mean you are over protected.
I travel when I try to change my mindset. It helps tremendously.

  • why work for somebody else, why not be ur own boss? its interesting that ur dad was thinking
of u increasing ur skills for ur boss to benefit, instead of for u to be the boss.
