The 24th Birthday
Filed in: Life Log — August 20th, 2004
Yesterday (19th August 2004) is my 24th birthday. As I said earlier, I seldom celebrate birthday and it goes the same for yesterday birthday. However, I got several birthday greetings from my dear friends. Here is the statistic:
- 7 SMS birthday greetings
- 1 birthday e-card
- 1 birthday song
- 1 instant messenger greeting
- 8 out of 10 greetings are from girls
My 2nd ex-girlfriend send me the birthday card, her birthday is just two days before mine! I send her sms on her birthday.
My last girlfriend sang the birthday song in the phone. She missed call me at 12am sharp and I called back. I thought she wants to greet me but she didn’t. She has some questions to asks me but forgot… she always so forgetful. *shrug*
“Today is my birthday leh~“, I reminded her.
“So? What do you want?”, she replied.
“Sing a birthday song to me. hehehe…”, I answered.
“Happy birthday to you~ Happy birthday to you…”, she sang birthday song to me with her cute voice.
Haha… she is so cute and lovely!
Besides birthday greetings, my mom gave me a big birthday angpao to let me buy things I want. I bought 2 shirts and a long pants. Thanks to Lilian to accompany me shopping at Mid Valley last Sunday. She is very beautiful that day. I gave her a treat at Sushi King as a return of the Sushi King meal she gave me last two weeks on her birthday.
This year’s birthday is wonderful. I had “beer gathering” with my friends, though it is not to celebrate my birthday; I bought new clothes by myself! (well, laugh as loud as you can. This is the first time I bought my own clothes by myself.); I had meal with beauty; greetings from friends… and I will goto Genting Highland with my friends at next Saturday! Wow!
Hmm… if I can watch movie with a beauty then that’s perfect! Hahaha…
Actually, I was waiting a birthday greeting from her but until now still no response. I think she forgot already. It’s all right, I seldom remember friend’s birthday also.
What is my birthday wish this year? Frankly, I don’t really have think about it. Mmm… the default answer of beauty context — “World Peace”?
Thank you, dad and mom.
