The Longest Time Needed to Get Registeration Password

After I submit member registeration form of Paybills Malaysia, I get this:
Thank you for your registration with Paybills Malaysia! Your password will be sent to the email address stated in your registration form within 2 working days.
Frankly, that surprised me alot. Normally online registeration will take only few minutes for password to arrived in email box. Perhaps they need filter registeration forms, do data entry and then send password manually?
