Upload4Free is a free hosting solution with no registration or signup required. Just browse and upload your picture, and the URL of the uploaded pic is displayed in several formats with the option to email the URL to yourself. Direct linking (hot linking) is allowed, and you can post your uploaded image to message board forum, online auction page, personal website, blog, etc.
Limitations:
Max filesize: 1 MB
Supported file types: Mid, Jpg, Jpeg, Png, Bmp, Gif, Mp3, Mov, Zip, Tar, Gz, Gzip, Doc, Txt, Wav, Pdf, Psd, Xls, Pic, Arj, Swf (Flash).

Thought:
This is new free file hosting I found that support video files and even better, it supports compress filetypes! Though the filesize limit is 1MB, but you can compress and divide big file into smaller parts and upload them!
Upload4Free is a VERY new free file hosting website. It is supported by a webhosting company. Hopefully the great service can survive a longer period.
