Gmail Lost My Email Attachments

Recently(December 2004), many forwarded mails to my Gmail account have lost their attachment files. Previously I thought that my friend forwarded emails in wrong way and wrote a Forward Yahoo Mail Tip.
However, now I suspect it is Gmail’s problem…
My friends still forward mails from Yahoo and the attachments still lost, except image attachments. That means, ALL video attachments are lost in space! 
That’s not all, I also found that the previously stored emails also lost their video attachments!? The emails are stored because of the attachments, but now all gone… 
I searched the Gmail Help, and tried to login from httpS://gmail.google.com, but it does not help any bit too. From the Gmail Group, there are several other Gmail users having the similar attachment problems.
Well, I have send a feedback to Gmail support team. Let’s see what they reply.
Thought:
The problem makes me really feeling to switch to Yahoo! Mail, which recently upgraded space to 250MB. Or, Gawab mail also not bad. It is quite stable and reliable among the free GB mails.
Updated: Even forward video attachment from one Gmail account to another, the attachment will lost in space, too!
