Cannot Submit Comment

Tried to reply comments on this morning but failed. It does not return any error, just like normal comment submition but the submited comment lost in space…

I haven’t figure out what is wrong. I modify nothing yesterday and it has no problem to post new entry(this one). Tried to clear cache and another PC, same result. I will trying to get help from Wordpress forum.

Please submit a comment to confirm the error. Or better, please submit a solution for this problem. Thanks!

Updated: Optimized MySQL database(removed 2MB+ chunks), but still cannot submit comment… :sad:

Updated: Problem solved! It was caused by Blacklist plugin put ME into the blacklist and delete all blacklist comments automatically. Duh… I wonder how many valuable comments deleted accidently by it. :neutral:

Updated: Reset blacklist. Disable auto delete comment options in Blacklist plugin. I won’t let your(and my) comment deleted accidently again! :)

  • Heheh, Blacklist sometimes does that to my blog too - which is why I now look very carefully at all the spam comments before I despam them, so I can make sure I don't accidentally blacklist any genuine commenters..
