Dad Is Getting Old

Yesterday, my dad finished his extended holiday and back to work again but I failed to say “Goodbye” because need to work. He will not back for the coming Chinese New Year, the next time we meet will around June, I think.
Over the past few weeks, I strongly feel that Dad is getting old already. Sometimes, he is so blur and has difficulty to express himself, speaks half way then stop in the air. Maybe everyone is like that when we are old, but it is quite sad to know that.
Dad is nervous when driving, I can’t see the last time handsome driver again. Anyway, he insists to fetch me to and from office everyday. I am touched, though I never let him know.
I think, Dad tries to give his love as much as he can while he is at home. He bought many things past weeks, but sometimes, the things are not suitable for us…
Maybe I think too much… Sometimes I see him sits on sofa alone and reading his book, I feel Dad is quite lonely…
Sigh.
