@Sashi: It meas the ads are in English, while Google Adsense support ads in other languages.
Edited: I should note that it accept website with target audience in westen countries… My application is rejected.

Hmm. According to the FAQ:

Presently, BrightAds is targeted towards a North American audience and will only be displayed on content sites presented in English and whose primary audience is in the United States and Canada.
