@lucia: see the big “create backup of configuration” button? Click it to backup your profile. A profile contains all user settings, including your bookmark/favorites. The optimization does not delete your bookmark.

how to backup profile? what’s this profile anyway? i just started to use firefox after my PC had been ‘rejunevated’.

what about the favorites? they won’t be lost?

The tuning works.

I’ve checked the option of “Performance tweaks common to all configurations”, and selected “Fast Computer, Slower Connection” (According to the manual, I interpreted my 512k connection as slower connection)
