Interview Session

Filed in: Life Log — April 23rd, 2005

My company is having interview sessions recently. Here is one of the conversation that my manager told me.

manager: “tell me more about yourselves.”
interviewee: *scratch head* “What to tell ah…? Nothing to tell lah… all in my resume already.”
manager: “…”

Thought:
Tell me, how to give this guy a job? I think university and college should teach students about how to attend interview. The technique to answer interviewer questions.

lol... what a shock, he couldn't even respond to that question, that's pathetic.
  • I believe it's the student's responsibility to educate himself on the etiquettes of interviewing. There is only so much you can get out of higher education. There are tons of books out there anyways for the green horns.
  • Your manager must be really depressed and think that the interview is a waste of time when encountered with such employee-not-to-be.
  • omg. that's not even the type of questions grads are supposed to be *coached* for. that's common sense. -sigh-
