what makes this advertisement so popular is that using many famous charecters in the same time. I think that this is enough reason to make this ad effective……..

I’ve just posted an entry on the Pepsi Surf ad at Duncan’s TV Adland (http://tvadverts.blogspot.com) I’ve included where to see it (Brazil’s Pepsi page), the making of video (same site), and information on director etc. The music is “Misirlou” by Dick Dale and his Del-Tones. It was also used in Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction.

that commercial is being shown pretty often on astrol lately. pretty cool, i always like pepsi’s commercial even though i don’t really drink pepsi ^_^
