Yep, I have to date received 2 cheques from google, the first was for US127, second was a little more substantial, because I wrote to them and asked for a US500 limit before they issued the next cheque. So the last one got me US533 which means, after deducting my hosting, there's still a plus.

I think adsense starts making sense when you crack 2000 visitors a day, and I have 2 clickable blogs. If you like the sites you are visiting, help support them by visiting their sponsors. It makes a difference to the blogger to receive a cheque, however small it may be.

Nodding head, ya ya ya, I will try to live up to that name. I also got PayPal Donate. Whoopee, blogging seems so much fun when you have money to chase.

I've got qualified for the first time in Apr 2005, and the account payment was validation and confirmed in mid May. However, I've yet to receive the cheque till now

I doubt I can get the cheque in the near future. However, can you please tell me how do I cash them in? Is it true that the Malaysian bank will take a chunk out of the earning for comission?

yeah, i got my adsense payout after a trial 15 days, which surprised me, so i'm leaving it on to leave it on to pay for my server and various domain names.

@Terry: if you notice the content of sithseal.com, it does not has other keywords that "interupt" the precision of Google Adsense. The whole page is the content, therefore the ads precision is high.

Hi guys! I'm trying to set up a proper Ad-Sense acct... Ok just to confirm my doubts.. When registering do I go for Individual or Business and also the First Name and Last Name part. Eg. Phua Chu Kang, do I enter 'Phua' as Last Name and 'Chu Kang' as First Name... coz our IC doesn't seems that way. Does that bank need any verification when the name seems the other way round?

@wiredpod: since you are not business, then go for Individual.

Our bank do accept the first name and last name in different order. No problem. My name is Liew Cheon Fong. I enter first name as "cheon fong", last name as "liew". My received cheque name appear to be "cheon fong liew".

noprojects: you do not need AdWords. Just go ahead register Google Adsense and put the code in your site.
