New Google Adsense Ads Format – Horizontal Link Units

Google adds another ad format for Google Adsense publishers, the horizontal link units.

Like previous vertical link units, it display a list of ads topic that related to your page. When click on the topic, it display a page of advertisements.

I am thinking where to fit the horizontal link units… Perhaps the best position is top or bottom of the page. What do you think?

  • maybe on top, or along ur navigation menu if u could match the style :)

    it prolly won't be clicked if it's at the bottom, to tiny to be an attraction.
  • looks a bit funny. the vertical ones are even better
  • I feel like the words "Ads by Google" are more attractive than those ads if no colour adjustment is done.

    @reallybites: no, click on "ads by google" will not get paid. It will bring the visitor to google adsense ad help page.
  • top is better be'cos it's prominent and not easily missed.
  • I found that it is not perform as well as my previous vertical adlink.
    I cant get all the adlinks appear as before :(
