Get Paid by Chitika

ChitikaYes, Chitika is real! I just received the first ads payment (about 50 bucks) from Chitika via PayPal.

As you may know, Chitika minimalls ads pays higher than Adsense but it has much lower CTR. Therefore, website with low traffic will get better revenue from Chitika than Adsense. Chitika will not replace Adsense, but it is a good alternative ads program that is accepted by Adsense (strict) TOS.

I will talk more on Chitika later.

  • It works for me too. I just put up Chitika 2 days ago and its getting around $5 already. 1 month i think got around $75 extra income apart from AdSense. But thats just without tweaking, i cannot imagine the amount after doing some work on it. Its good news that Chitika paid you, that gives me the assurance to push it further.   • When I was reading Chitika's T&C I thought they said only US and Canada website were allowed to register. :S

    Sigh, but they only allow money transfered PayPal. :( Oh well..maybe in future.
  • I have USD5.60! LOL. But I only place it on one page in one 'no longer update' site. Hmmm..now I may consider them more seriously.

    Danny - That is Crispads or Clicksor, I think. Where 50% of your traffic must consist of UK/US/Canada. For Chitika, clicks from China/India/Korea (and some other not mentioned countries) are invalid and they will take it out at month end.
  • Chitika supports payment by cheques now. Read the announcements when you first login.

  • I have tried everything. Sadly, I only manage to get average $0.04 per day with 2 clicks.. hahaha..
    Any tip to get high paying keywords?

    @Sekoyen: you can play with keywords and chitika channels. Use random keywords and use selected keyword as Chitika channel. You need some web scripting skill.
  • Chitika had emailed me about its new Linx code about 4 days ago.

    I had implemented the new Chitika Linx code.

    There are so many ugly links given at odd places like headings and "All rights reserved".

    Is there a way to prevent Chitika Linx code giving too many links and at odd places?
