Thought

Weblogs Inc. is a successful blogging network. Many of its blogs are top blogs of the Wold. The network earns USD$1 milllion from Google Adsense in a year. That’s still exclude the premium advertisements revenue. USD$20 millions is a good deal. However, what I concern most is how much AOL will change Weblogs Inc.? We will get content or AOL will ruin it?

  • Bazil: You're wrong! WINS is still gonna operate as a separate entity of AOL. So, the quality and content would still be the same. I think it's a joy for those independent bloggers working for them at the moment... Well, this is just the first series of buyout from a bigger firm. There'll be a few more on the way...
  • I dont think I can continue to read engadget and their other blogs knowing it is an AOL company.
