My problem was all same as yours. 4 days after doing the application form, still 512.....,call the number.....agent say "wait lah,u can't expect it to be processed quickly". K....I kinda get the point. After six weeks waiting,frustrated, i go to the telekom there shouting and everybody looked at me=_="". What the heck, i paying RM88 for 512 service!! Then a technician came out and "layan" me baik-baik.......The same day, i got the speed that i apply.
