Another Malaysian Adsense Publisher is doing the Wrong Way

Filed in: Adsense Tips, Make Money Online — January 22nd, 2006

advertisement

Here is another Malaysian Google Adsense publisher using a wrong way to earn money from Adsense.

Really having fun with this click for money games. My earning is getting higher these few days, very much improved compared to my initial signed up which was hardly enough to earn few cents even in a week. No need to buy a online how-to, book or tips and tricks, unless you are expecting high as a sky to become rich from this AdSense (why not, it is not an illegal anyway). DIY, simple trick just like this, ask any of your friends or collegues or any online friends (whoever they are, more will be much better), open your blog at their favourite place to surf and click all the AdSense advertisements as many as they want to or ask them to download the Firefox from the referral button. If they have their own AdSense, click theirs in return as mutual understanding.

My two cents

I hope he stop doing this before Google terminates his Adsense account. It is illegal to ask others to click on your ads! I am feeling so disappointed by his so called “simple trick”, which is ruining Malaysia’s reputation in Google.

Again, it is ILLEGAL to tell others to do anything in order to increase your Adsense revenue.

  • wat a noob...
later whole malaysian got banned fr google
    haih
  • Stupid idiot...should i report this to Adsense Team or should we wait him to realize that he is wrong? Maybe this punk dont read the Term Of Service at all...i'm thinking to report it to Adsense Team before Adsense team decide to ban all Malaysian...thanks Liew for reporting this...
  • Haiz. Even if dun read TOS also, tak kan lah common sense tak ada? After all, there's nothing like free money.

I think what this guy needs is proof of two things: (1) You can legitimately make real money through Adsense (2) You could also very well lose your chance at this forever.

Point the guy to all the Malaysian bloggers getting disabled + DP forums, then he'll know.
  • google cheats
  • Google would probably know it already. Just that they haven't issued the ban. Its quite easy to know just by analysis of traffic in proportionate to ad clicks and also from the ips. Just a matter of time. :)
  • GeminiGeek
    he's like:
    "google google, come ban me"

    LOL
  • damn...i just can't stop nagging this guy at his post comment....hope he will listen to what we say...
  • an example of a stupid malay.

yeah, i'm flamming my own race.
  • ha, he's too stupid to publish to "tip" online.
  • aih..some people just don't get it do they?!..arghhh
  • This guy is crazy....doing bad thing still tak tau.

Hope he can stop it before get ban.
  • Just wait Google ban this guy.
Hopefully google wont ban Malaysian because of this guy.
  • hi Liew

    as an advertiser

    - i do check and review my clicks and i am sure nobody likes FAKE CLICKS

some people want to get rich fast
  • so jealous.. wtf.. if I were him.. I just keep it to myself.. no need to tell the world coz there are so fcuking much ppl get so jealous nowadays
  • Anonymous: Jealous! I hope I'm taking your words the wrong way, because the way you are saying this is as if the guy is doing something right. This isn't a matter of jealousy or whatever emotion you might want to attribute to this illegal act.

You might think we are jealous now, but when you see his accout disabled, and maybe even ours as Google decides to ban all Malaysians, I'm sure you'll think otherwise.
  • haris
wahh can make money ker using google adsense? how much are we talking about here?
  • What a stupid way to earn adsense commission, may be too smart, even publicize it!
  • If his CTR above 20%, I am sure Adsense team will check him out n get him banned and .......will return back the commissions to the advertiser
  • Adsense team will definitely investigate him when his CTR rate is unusually high
  • Once banned from adsense, is there any way he can register for adsense? I mean after several months or so
  • Once banned, the rest of your life cant apply for adsense anymore. Even u use other people's name. If Adsense Team find out that the IP same with the old account....banned again ...sigh :(
  • We can apply for another domain, can't we?
  • Yes you can apply for other domains, but if Adsense Team find out that you use the same IP .....will ban you again.

Provided you use a new pc with a new internet line. Just my 2 cents.
  • But after putting Adsense on my site...I also kena "Virus Adsense".

Check "Adsense Income every 30 mins" and always got nightmare about one day Adsense Team will ban my after I got USD1000+ from Adsense.

Hope this wont happen to me....please!
  • Eric,
Why they ban you last time ?
  • Adsense didnt ban me. But 50% of my income will be depends on Adsense, so I always feel unsecure since Google Adsense Team dont give second chance for anyone violating their TOS.

I've seen a lot of webmaster who is earning USD 5-10k, got banned and can even receive the check for that month, and all they can't run adsense on their website anymore.

Ask LiewCF if adsense ban him, how he feel? I dunno about him, but for me It will be like end of the world for me. I am in front of PC around 15 hours a day oh. Hmmm...yeah! I am almost got no life oredi. Sigh!
  • I don't use adsense on my blog.
  • Eric, it's important not to depend on 1 source of income.
as you said...50% from google..that's heavy, u'll feel the pain if ever google bans you.

BUT on the other hands..let's also hope YPN is for malaysians too in the near future :D
  • moses, I wish I can diversify, YPN n CJ not in Malaysia yet. Damm Fastclick, Chitika rejected me twice. Cos my site not focus on American :(

Any Good Affiliate that anyone can recommend?
  • You can try bidvertiser, allfeeds, revenuepilot, clicksor and targetpoint.
  • Thanks PhuPang will give try all these. Owe you once.
  • Here's a tip for those whoever get banned and want to start with new Adsense

    1. Use different name ( mother, sister, wife etc )
    2. Use different address ( kampung address )
    3. Use different email
    4. Use different domain ( blogspot.com is the easiest )
    5. Never login to Control Panel using your current PC. Go to Cybercafe instead....Or never log in using your office PC ( maybe your office is using fixed ip, so that google can track you down )
    6. Use Adsense Advance Report Manager that mail the report every day to your email. So you can monitor using that method. No need to login to Adsense Cpanel.

Create a google channel for your previously banned site, and put the code there. And never do things that violate to Adsense TOS.

This method never being tested...but worth a try
  • Eric..you can try expoactive too..they offered me quite interesting ads and reasonable per click revenue...

here i will tell you how i can be an affiliate of CJ.
i am not joking, look at my site at www.techwebpress.com, i'm running the sixapart campaign ads from CJ (recently launched by SixApart to promote MovableType,Live Journal and TypePad).

i think it would be long if i write it all here. so read it at my blog at www.techwebpress.com
  • Hmm...but I thougt CJ dont take Malaysian as a publisher leh... Apex...how can u register with CJ? Tell me here lar...your Blog is too complicated for me oh :) thanks!
  • best part

since 20 january friday - no effect at all

no changes whatsoever - very very THICK SKIN
  • just wait within this week....he can run, can't hide...heheh..
  • He is proud of himself lar....the more people talk about him...the merrier :p

This is so called "MALAYSIA BOLEH"?

    Malaysia really pandai lar :(
  • Wahaha, can do that ah... wah good good. Want to learn from him lar :)
  • Hehe off topic a little,.. any body tried Yahoo!'s "Adsense" type service? errr I forgot what it's called.
  • its called YPN...i applied once, got approved but no use..because it requires the social service ID...US residents have that ID right?
  • Jibone

    It's called YPN ( Yahoo Publisher Network ) , http://publisher.yahoo.com/

Applied twice, but no news..currently running Beta for US publishers only.
  • Yes, currently YPN only eligible for US citizen only.

Or else at least we have more choices.
  • What if we register for Adsense from an Internet Cafe, after being banned. Is it possible?
  • There's no difference. You still need your name and address to receive the google cheque. *Hits John Thomas on the head* :P
  • i have found another website. but not from malaysia

    http://www.digitalmusicmuseum.com/ads/download-...
  • Anyone is making a living with blogging?

    Can Adsense really survive blogger?
  • haha..i know this thing very common among malaysian..even my friends also like to click their adsense ads..i think they don't know a lot about google policy..hahaha..but..my uncle said..clicks from malaysians are not counted..really??
  • Nah, even Malaysian clicks are counted. If not, there wouldn't be any point to the geo-targeted Malaysian Adsense ads (like the ones liewcf ran himself recently).
  • what if we register for adsense using different name after being banned..let say using my dads name ker...n using different add for sure. is that possible??
  • haha..i already visit his blog..wow..he got a lot of 'kutuk2' there..i think..around few days..comfirm kene banned by google..
  • Oh it's YPN,.. no wonder I didn't see any local blogger using it.
  • Hi Pinvader, if you use a different PC and different Internet line, then this is possible. Or else Google will ban you again sooner or later.

There were plenty of Adsense Publishers got banned and reapply using Dad, Mum or Friends name, at the end of the day....they get caught and been banned again.... :). Imagine all those Webmaster is smart, buy Google is smarter. :D
  • For those doing the right way here are some steps that I wrote to prevent yourself from getting banned.

    Read Article
  • For those who are doing it the right way, here is an article i wrote to prevent yourself from being banned.

    Read Article
  • Katana, such a informative article. I've learn some from it.

    You write it yourself? Salute!
  • This has consider as a 'common' case in malaysia. Lots of Malaysian has gone against the adsense TOS and hence making Malaysia a bad name for frauds. Not only adsense owner fraud their own account, some even fraud others account just because they are Malaysian and seeing them making money from adsense just isn't right for them, so, they click and click till the user get banned.

Another thing from adsense is, once your account is banned, there's no way to get it back and google will not tell you what did you do wrong.

I would suggest that if fellow malaysian bloggers need to monetize the content, go for kontera tech at kontera.com I'm using it and has recieved the first payment. Nice.

BTW katana, nice blog and articles. I'm a freelance copywriter, and I run an article directory. Would you want your articles to be publish and viral around the internet by other ezine publishers? It's new, but the traffic is growing every day at http://articles.webblogerz.com

    Ed
  • @Eric - getting a new internet connection can change our ip address, but why a new pc?
  • And here is the review for each adsense alternative that I tried. Useful just in case you got banned.

    read review
  • hah.. Im from Singapore..

Sad to see some people like him in Malaysia.. Don't worry guys, I believe google will pinn him down soon.

    =)
  • but i think i we reapply using Dad, Mum or Friends name and a new internet connection it wont be any problem. but of course a new website too plus a new house address when u register. everything new lah..ehehe
  • Pinvader, yes this most probably will do.

But the worst thing is that If we have 100+ website link to 1 adsense and account and got banned. Omg I can't Imagine how painful it is.
  • Liew and my collegues,

I've got another Malaysian blogger that have a big problem...(not about adsense).
This boy really like to steal the content from another Malaysian blogger.

I don't know why this kind of attitude still occured among us.
So, this morning I read my friend's blog: (http://jamloceng.blogspot.com/2006/01/another-b...), I found that this boy really stole his article!

But now, I am very glad because Blogdrive just did a good job... his account has been disabled...!
This is not the thing that we want to happen to the Malaysian blogger... but they're still doing it.

    So, whay say you?
  • liew..without concious, this post has tought and gave some ideas how to play dirt with adsense, how to re-sign up and all that...just be caution liew..i'm afraid all the "teach how to do it" comments are being monitored by adsense team..hope it will not bring bad result to you...not denying its been off-topic a bit..why dont you open a new thread in your punBB instead??
  • First of all, I think adsense don't pay the publisher based on per click. It is stated and hidden inside the policies.

Secondly, I don't agree his doing.. but I don't think he will make it, it doesn't make sense to do that all the time.

Thirdly, I think isn't Malaysian famous for PIRATED stuff ?

What about bit-torrent downloads and etc ? The whole world is as fucked up as you think.

I wouldn't click the ads just to earn money.. (bcoz what for lar? get a job...) but I would click on them if it interest me.

    ya, I am a Malaysian.
  • this topic is getting bigger...yes-it sideways, whole world is already fucked up like you think..agree on that too..but this topic is an issue because is related to someone's income stream...unlike the bittorrent or P2P, who care if the P2P service down?whose income stream will be distracted...but this adsense thingy is different, is related to periuk nasi orang lain la....we all just afraid if one day Malaysia will be banned from AdSense...enough we are fame of piracy, dont add more...
  • Apex... brothers and sisters

    I faham tu..

I hope he will stop lar, maybe is just curious.

I think Google has thought about that, they are not so cincai one.

Anyway, I am more worried if the Malaysia elected government suddenly want to filter the Internet. Very scare, I will migrate. Long live Tun Dr. M, Long Live.
  • no...as far as i'm concern only the republic of china is doing that...even google had to censor itself at China...i even made a post about this at my blog
    http://www.techwebpress.com/2006/01/25/google-c...
  • Apex... and all,

    I know.

It could happen, because such debates have been around in the parliment; on and off..

Malaysia you know it... there is a comment in Jeff Ooi's blog described the situation as..

"Watching the BN politicians rape and pillage the country and shed crocodile tears are more reasons for heart attacks."

    http://www.jeffooi.com/archives/2006/01/you_spe...

Right now this issue is protected under some multimedia law, enacted by the MSC initiative. If the majority parliment voted for Internet filtering, it has to happen.

    Sorry lar, out of topic.
  • Lai
    hey all:

I think this guy's Adsense account has been disabled.
  • yup, the guy adsense confirm have been disabled.. unless he romved it away himself which is very unlikely he will do that. wow, google people are fast~!

    =)
  • the guy is playing with fire
  • Yazid already admitted his mistakes and the incovenience caused.

I think why don't we just leave him alone to decide which way he wanna go :)

Btw...Happy Chinese New Year to all!
  • Khairul
    check out this guy site..
    report kan jer la

    http://planet.time.net.my/SunwayCity/hansheng/G...

    Google Adsense look alike.!!

    This stupid punk!
  • Jason Yuen
    Man,

If he gets banned its fine. But he is just gonna get the whole Malaysian community blacklisted
  • ryan
dont worry lar, he alone wont get the whole malaysia banned ... google is smart enuf to weight the pros and cons of banning malaysians ...

just because of a pissa shit, and they banned million other bloggers who are making real and honest $$$ ... its like throwing million bucks down the drain, assuming the "million other bloggers" earn 1 buck each ...

there are better ways of getting him, there is always a paper trail as he receive cheques, and when there is a paper trail, send a lawyer to sniff it ... then pull him to court, then sue him, and then we will see him in the papers next day because his house got seized, declared bankrupt and he is asking for forgiveness ....

.... there is no place to hide even if he had a fantasy Swiss account to hide his $$$, but Swiss banks are chicken nowadays whenever a foreign gov approach them, thats how the freeze Osama Bin LAdens asset, just a piece of court order sign by a judge ... Swiss Accounts Numbered Accounts are just for DISPLAY purposes only, they still know your name ...

again, dont worry, google is a big coporation, and banning malaysia because of a lil pissa shit is not the way, there are plenty of better ways to get this guy

    ryan ~
  • There is another trick.. A blogger commented on your blog with a very &%$# words, and leave his true email and blog url. What will you do? Go to their blog and click the ads all over? please don't.
  • What a foolish guy. Want to earn money the wrong and easy way!! I had been involved in adsense about a month but still dont get any click.. And still i dont make illegal method.. But I still work hard to ean my first check from google
  • Just got banned by AdSense for making too much money on Feb 19, 2008. All websites that we had were generic business websites and everything was legal. Google Adsense's email indicated a 'bad business model'. Our translation is 'We are paying you too much money'. Go figure. We had been up and running for over a year until our websites were getting noticed by Alexa.com and Google AdSense's mysterious partners.
