As for my lab work, I now made it compulsory for my team member to leave their hp, laptop in a special room, while the gene extraction and sequencing is done in a seperate room. As I hv observed, among a group of international researchers, the mutation on the sequences we handled increases with presence of wireless device. We were not investigating relationship between wireless and mutation, but wanted to explain, why such a large diversity and high mutability on the data that we have.Having wireless through the city, is not going to help.
