Free 40 CSS Web Page Layouts

Alessandro Fulciniti published a list of 40 CSS web page layouts for free downloads. The various layouts covers one column to three columns, fixed columns and liquid columns. The layouts served as a very good starting point for any table-less web page design.
The main goal of the article was getting the maximum number of layouts based on the same markup, each with valid CSS and HTML, without hacks nor workaround and a good cross-browser compatibility.

My two cents
A great list of CSS layouts! Note that all the layouts have the content column load before other side columns, even though the content column is positioned at the center or on the right side of the layout. Meaning, they are SEO friendly.
