AdBrite will launch “Inline Ads” soon. These are ads that appear within the text content of your site. The keywords will be highlighted, and when the user rolls their mouse over, a targeted ad will appear.

AdBrite will launch it in the next few weeks. AdBrite advertisers will be automatically enrolled, but publishers need follow some instructions, which will be updated later.

My two cents

The “inline ads” will be a contextual ads because it needs to read your content before displaying the ads. Long time ago, I did emailed Google to ask if a similar advertising program allowed to be displayed on the same page as AdSense. The answer is “No”. I think the answer is still valid now.

Anyway, it is a good alternative for publishers rejected by AdSense.
