I introduced the Paged Comment Plugin. How about paged comments in WordPress admin panel?
Paged Comment Editing plugin is a Wordpress plugin that works in admin panel. It is the replacement for default comments listing with features like paging and listing spam comments.

Paged Comment Editing plugin is useful when you receive many comments. It allows you to view every comment (even the hidden spam comments) page by page. Never miss any informative comment again!
