I dont use this kind of software at all. It's very impossible to get infected by virus if u use a good software. Take McAfee Internet Security for example. Its quite good! Another software is Avast! Not only it is very effective, its free too.Furthermore, if you are using Office Word, they have a built in recovery. hmm… I dont use this kind of software at all.
