TMNET Streamyx Service Interruption

TM Net will be performing a maintenance exercise on its Streamyx system in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka from 10 till 12 November 2006. The affected areas are Taman Midah, Bangsar, and Taman Tan Yee Biew(Melaka).

    Damm !!! My Streamyx (1Mb/s) keep disconnected on & off since Puasa time until now !!! I complained TM customers services few times & the technicians came twice but problems NEVER solve !!! What happen ah ??? !!! The connection seems ok at morning but after 10AM it keep disconnected so frequently !!! What can I do now ??? My work is relying so much on Internet !!!
    I really really hope another private ISP will come out and challenge TM !!!
    That should keep Malaysia’s ISP’s service in Quality !!! Not just yielding “Malaysia Boleh” !!! PROVE IT Malaysian’s Leaders !!!
  • why always maintainance but no upgrade service? now private ISP in malaysia already got like 1.5 mbps and 2mbps package for home and streamyx still havent. sigh
