I’ve remove image beside the ads at all my site..It’s ok to me because i’m still get clicks even without image…

I can confirm Google is NOT ok with adsense beautifier. I implemented it and asked them to review my site and they wrote back the following.

“it appears that your current implementation is not compliant with our policies. As a reminder, publishers may not attempt to associate specific images with the individual ads appearing on their sites. Such an implementation may confuse users who assume that the image is directly related to the advertiser’s offerings.

We kindly ask that you remove these images above your leaderboard unit. Once you’ve made the appropriate change, please reply to this email so that we may re-review your site and ensure that it’s in compliance. If you choose not to make the changes to your site, your account will remain active but you will no longer be able to display ads on the site. Please note, however, that we may disable your account if further violations are found in the future.”

Did anyone notice Adsense ads were not showing on sites around 3am (Thursday morning)? Checked a number of sites, same story. Even Google site seemed to be down.
Anyone can explain what was happening?

BTW, have to agree with Sammy Taters that Google is controlling our websites. And the Internet, too. They seem to dictate everything. What if everyone on the Net stop using Adsense? They’re not the only source of income.

Thankfully I was using Adsense Beautifier with my posts, so all I had to do was disable the plugin. It’s unfortunate that it resulted in this, but it will probably only help the adsense community.

I think at some point this needs to stop. Advertisers should have no control over our websites. Don’t let them screw us over.

from the statement it should be ok i guess to use adsense beautifier if it doesn’t relate to the ads shown…

but still like you said, to be on the safe side….better not to use image.

Yea this is what I’ve been doing all along, no image next to Google ads to increase CTR.
