They've been aggressive in marketing it lately, thru TV and newspapers, but the site is hard-to-navigate, plain confusing and contain lots of outdated links. I'm surprised that government-funded sites that costs several hundred thousand to several millions each to develop constantly show poor quality, being the better ones would cost only a tenth or less than what these government are spending on their websites. Lots of people's money gone to the drains with poor ICT implementations of the govt. For instance, Rukun Tetangga is spending RM9million for their upcoming system.. I'm pretty sure that this would mean RM8 million would be wasted for bureaucracies. Yep… myGov needs major site rehaul..
