@Douglas: well, that’s the problem not having quality carrier. Dell wants to save the cost as much as possible.

You didn’t reply the email? They will assume it is fake order, no?

Yes, last month i help my cousin bought a analog 17″lcd also, they also didn’t call me also, then I email them I’m not satisfied with the services, then next day they call me. and when they send the lcd to me, the skynet employee ask me to sign a invoice, i told him i want to check the box, he told me that as long the seal is not broken then they will not have any problem.

After I signed the invoice and the guy left do you know what I receive ? I receive a Dell Inspiron 6400 notebook, wah shiok man………. and at last give it back to them and get back my LCD, stupid right ? haha….

I receive their mail and ask me to reply them when to collect the check, I didn’t reply them, just wait them to call me.

@Douglas: normally I send the check within a week of the order. You should get an email to inform them the date and location to collect the check. If you replied, they will call you to confirm the time.

However, the dell’s carrier didn’t call me. I emailed to Dell and complaint. The next day, the carrier came and collect the check.

I suggest you call or send email to Dell and ask them to send the carrier to collect check.

I get the dell 20″ one cost RM1199, but they haven’t call me to collect the check,
LiewCF, do you know how long can the order be hold ? one month or two month ?
