When Mother Is Not Home
Filed in: Life Log — April 23rd, 2007It has been a week since my mother flew to Taiwan and left only my elder brother and I at home. Before mom went off, she left a note on the refrigerator to remind us of the daily household.

My mother is a Taiwanese, she writes in Traditional Chinese (Malaysia use Simplified Chinese in Chinese education). Her handwriting is very beautiful, none of her children inherited it. Too bad.
I miss my mom’s cooking. We have been eating mixed rice for past week, and I eat instant noodles when my brother is not free.
My brother was not at home this weekend. I was home alone for 2 and 1/2 day, he will back at Monday afternoon. Saturday evening, I ordered PizzaHut pizza and the new Pasta Perfettor Wrap – Formaggi Cheese Delight (why PizzaHut loves difficult names so much?).

The pasta tasted not bad but I wished that they add more cheese cheese cheese~ I kept half of the regular pizza as Sunday lunch. By the way, you can download PizzaHut coupon for a discount (thanks, LHC).
I ate LiewCF’s fried spaghetti for Sunday dinner (yeah, I cook once in a blue moon). It was really tiring to prepare a meal…
My brother and I are sick of outside food. Luckily, mom is coming back soon at this Saturday. ![]()
