2 days just after I sent my application for a US bank account, I was able to accept fund like normal. That was 3 weeks ago. I forgot to tell you guys. But, I still haven't accept any replies from the apllication sent. Waiting is killing.

this incident are very scary, alot of us scare that it will become permanent... lucky it back to normal... a friend of mine due to insert fake bank account, now the account has been frezee

@pankajkala: I think the methods in the MalaysiaPal ebook also works in India because it is generally working Internationally. There will be some fees applied if you use a US debit card.

no wonder they say paypal sucks. :) take it or keave it - then you need it again and again. that's why they run the business.

p/s: i never experienced any difficulties yet using paypal (?)

I am still experiencing the same problem with paypal as I can neighter send nor receive money without inserting a US account and indeed I am tempted to just guess any US bank account to see if it will work

A guy in the US paid me $2.00 (credited) for an ebook at my DigitalProductsCenter.com on 16-06-2007. Two weeks later it was reversed (debited) by PayPal without my knowledge. I wrote to PayPal to get some clarifications since they had sent me a notification of dispute. Nothing coming from them.
Anybody can help me?
I'm worried because if PayPal close my account all by ebiz will be affected.

I hope you don't mind me warning everybody but Malaysians still seem to believe that they can get a free US bank account with E*Trade. In theory they are correct, and E*Trade still has a 'loophole' which encourages people to sell e-books and Bank account application packs for them. Although markerers will never disclose that they refer to E*Trade it is easy to identify this because they refer to a "platinum Visa Debit card" in their literature.

It is naieve to assume that E*trade still don't know about this. I have friends working with E*Trade Hong Kong and E*Trade are not happy abou the practice. E*Trade are not a bank, they operate as a brokerage house and the "US Bank account" that people hype up is in fact just a cash transfer account with a few perks.

Here's a few things these marketers have not bothered to update in their e-books or sites ...


1) E*Trade may let you open an account without problem, but you have to open a brokerage account to do so. If you do not maintain this brokerage account by buying and selling stocks and shares then your account will be suspended. If you have money in your cash management at this time you will have a difficult time retrieving it.

2) E*Trade do not allow you to add fuds to your account by business checks, they only accept personalchecks. If you think that an E*Trade account will let you cash your commission payments from Adsense, Clickbank etc. then you are wrong.

3) The Platinum E*Trade Visa Debit Card has an ongongi charge that can be as much as 8% of a transaction. Using the card will make you susceptible to Visa International Fees if you use the card outside of the issuing country. As this is not a charge by E*Trade it is rarely made clear.

I am not sure what is happening. I bought the MalaysiaPal ebook and I followed step 3. I sent the form and I think it's been a month now, but I got nothing. Seriously.

OK, to reply to Martin, I predicted that. But I tried anyway, cause it was worth a shot. Why not?

I've gotten money from my Paypal before but it was via a friend from the US. I paypal him cash and he wires it to me. Takes like a few days. Cool huh? (Something like the first option in the Malaysiapal ebook but a bit different)

i still dont understand lah... if i have citibank malaysia .. is it still consider as usa bank account? coz i think citibank is from usa kan....

what do they mean by usa bank account? mmmm thanks anyway for the blog.....
