The author, Ray Cheung, is a web developer himself. He understands best the difficulty to find great (and free) resources for web developers, thus he created the blog to share with others. WebAppers has successful gained more than 2,000 feed readers in 3 months.
The blog posts are nicely categorized so that you can easily find the resources you like. Concern about the work license? The resources are categorized by license types as well.
My two cents
I was a web developer before becoming a full-time blogger, I understand the pain of searching for great resources. WebAppers is a blog that satisfies people’s needs, and its traffic and number of feed readers say it all. Nice blog!
