Similar to TwitterRank, Twitter Grade measures the reach and authority of a Twitter user. The percentile score is calculated based on number of followers and their power, the pace of updates, completeness of profile, and more.

My current twitter grade (@liewcf) is 97.4%. I have 459 followers and following 212 users. I just hit the 4,500 twitter updates!

Beside your Twitter Grade, the site also shows a Tweet Cloud and allows you to check if any Twitter user following you or not. The Tweet Cloud seems to be only takes keywords from your latest updates.
