Office 2010 supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003/2008, and Windows 7.

Before you install Office 2010, make sure you have BACKUP your data and UNINSTALL previous version of Microsoft Office before installing Office 2010. To install Office 2010, you need to have at least 3GB of free disk space.

    I think this is the beta version so no "trial period", but will expires in October 2010, if I didn't interpret wrongly from what I understand in the FAQ.
