Barack Obama is the Top Twitter User

Barack ObamaAccording to Twitterholic, Barack Obamma is the top twitter users with most followers and most twitter friends. At the time writing, Obama has 57,737 followers and 60,376 friends, but only 167 updates/twits.

Obama has overtaken Kevin Rose (founder of digg.com) 1st spot as the most followed person on twitter. Kevin is now followed by 56,772 twitter users.

I wonder how come Obama has more friends than followers? He mass follow twitter users in USA? Well, he probably has one, if not a team, of “twitter assistant” to help him follow Twitter users and twits. ;)
