Probably this is not the first time that Google saves human life. In Google Testimonials, Ann thanks Google for saving her life. Some others found their long lost family and friends by Google.
Thought:
The moral of the story: create a self intro webpage and submit the URL to Google. It helps your old friends find you, if it does not save your life.
