Forward Emails in Yahoo Mail

Yesterday I got alot forward mails from friend to my Gmail but the attachments are lost in most of the emails. It made me really about to fed up. :???: You know, when you see the topic is so “interesting” ( ) but after opened it, just found that it is an empty mail!

Here is a simple tutorial about HOWTO forward emails from Yahoo! Mail, along with attachments. (Too simple huh?)

After login to Yahoo! Mail, open the email that you want to forward. When the email opened, you will see a few buttons at the top, included “Forward”.

By default, clicking “Forward” button will forward the email as Inline text. To ensure you forward the email attachment(s) as well, it is better that you forward it as Attachment.

Yahoo! Mail Forward Options Clicking the down arrow of “Forward” button and select “As Attachment” (as shown in pic) to forward the email as attachment.

I tested with Gmail and proved that “forward as Inline text” does not forward the email attachement. To ensure the email attachement send to your friend’s mailbox, please make sure you use “forward as Attachement”.

Hope this helps you to send email with attachment in Yahoo! Mail. :)

it seems like this “empty” mails issue only happens to those using Hotmail. I’ve received so many mails from my friends who’s using Hotmail, all are empty.

While those on Yahoo! Mail, i can see the mail. Looks like MSN has mess up…. I think :P
