Nero is well known as DVD/CD burning software but it is not free. CDBurnerXP Pro is a freeware that can do almost the same things Nero does.

Thought:
CDBurnerXP Pro has nice and easy to use interface. It is a very high quality software, surprised! The only features it lacks is CD Copy, else, it may beats Nero!
Anyway, it is free!
