iPod Shuffle - USB MP3 Drive from Apple
Apple released the “new” USB MP3 player called “iPod Shuffle“. It continues the iPod clean looks and wheel buttons, but without any screen display. Nothing much special about it, just another USB music player. A light music player for diehard iPod fans. “It is a joke!”, Creative said in a Singapore TV News interview.

Hmm.. that’s interesting. I thought from their tagline, they meant songs were played in Random order like it skips in the song list of iTunes. Shuffle to me doesn’t really cut it because not many people would think the Shuffle resembles the function in iTunes or WMP. :)

    Cheers.

Looks pretty but its just another proprietary solution. If you have to use iTunes to copy music on to it then its out for me. Sure my DVD burner came with Roxio but that doesn’t mean I can’t use any other burner software. Why should my MP3 player be any different. There’s nothing wrong with iTunes but why should I change to a new music manager when I already have musicmatch?
By the way imagine trying to find the song you want to hear in 1GB of memory without a user interface…maybe that doesn’t matter but I’m not sure.
