Google Gmail increase email space to 2GB and add support to compose HTML mail on its one-year-old birthday(1st April). Is this an April Fool joke?!
No, it is REAL, again!

But, why I am not getting 2GB?!
Gmail does not upgrade to 2GB at once. It is increasing at a rate of 10KB per second. You can see the Gmail space counter at Gmail homepage.

By reading Gmail frontpage, I strongly feel that Google will offer unlimited space for Gmail accounts!

You do not register. Currently, you can get Gmail by invitation ONLY. You can request for a Free Gmail invitation from me at 
I think I am having infinity Gmail invitations to giveaway, because it always top up the invitations every one or two days… *shrug* I don’t remember how many invitations send… Perhaps I want to create a “Gmail invitations send counter”.

this is not an april fool joke? well i notice i have 1327 KB, so i guess no.
hmm… now i can really use gmail as an online storage file (and esp. if i sign up for a few other gmail with different names) instead of looking for some online storage site.

I think we should all drop the guys at Gmail a bday greeting n thank them for sucha wonderful gift.. Malu lar~ their bday but they r the ones giving us such a wonderful present….

Unfortunately the only space I am using is 30Mb…2Gb is alot for someone like me who prefer to phone rather than e-mail…

@o0o: try to write your html page in web editor first then paste into email.
