Slim Plan for LiewCF.com

With the growing traffic, LiewCF.com is more than what it suppose to be. I am thinking to pull out some content from LiewCF.com and separate them into few other blog sites. After all, LiewCF.com is a personal domain. The content should be more… personal. 
Basically, here are the parts that planning to be separated out from LiewCF.com:
Gadgets - I think the blog is abit overflood by the tech gadgets. That’s not my initial plan, frankly. Now LiewCF.com is the high ranked gadgets blog. *shrug* I already registered a new domain name, will setup the gadgets blog later. After it is done, ALL gadgets news will goes there. LiewCF.com will only serve as a hub for gadgets news.
Downloads - I am planning for a blog site focus on freewares reviews. Have you notice that I only write about freeware in the Download category? Ya, I am a freeware fan and there are many great freewares available. You like a freeware blog, don’t you?
funny, naughty, interesting stuff(give it a name please?) - this is optional, at least not having priority. Current cute and funny category is U class, suitable for all visitor levels. I often came over some very interesting stuff that may not suitable for kids, and therefore I can’t post them to share with you. I wish to have a site where I can freely post those naughty but interesting stuff(also sexy wallpapers? :twisted:).
So, what left for LiewCF.com?
Erm… It will have more space for personal stuff like how many times I went to toilet today… just kidding. 
LiewCF.com will more life log(how much I wish to have a digital camera…). Tech news and tips and tricks still go on. I will write more on blogging, share tips to increase traffic and profit(read: money). Though, I am not Darren who bought his house from blogging. My current montly blogging income also can pay the monthly installment for a small Kancil car. 
(No, I haven’t buy any car yet.)
So, what do you think about the ideas? Support?

that’s a good idea, lcf. i support you to carry this out. but make sure you have the links of your other blogs in your liewcf.com blog (for personal stuff) so that i can go blogs hopping (among your own blogs i mean).
hmm… what name for the catergory on cute funny interesting naughty stuff? let’s see…. how about:

fantasy land
oh well… i’m sure others have better suggestion.

after do some thinking, i think visitors come to your site because they like how you manege your website content. they rather pay sum of $$ just to advertise in ur website. I think better stick with what u r now.

Wow, you have time for all these? Cool. But I think better clean up the clutter on your site. Too many ads, don’t you think? Haha

Wah! Your site is growing to a portal! That’s great!
But, site hopping might decentralize the whole growth. If you carry on to create a distributed portal, then I think the best is to have LiewCF.com as the main gateway, where all the new post in other sibling sites are listed. So, the LiewCF fans can still keep track of your new entries without hopping here and there.
This idea is better to be illustrated with Media Kit. Media Kit owns quite a number of IT news channels, but TechWeb being the central gateway. All the posts in other sibling channels can also be found listed in TechWeb

@ahkiong: other content still remain… I separte some of the categories because I want to make it BIGGER, as big as standalone site.
@Chee Aun: I am testing new ads placement.
@Tien Soon: Not portal lah~ Just want to have more topic focus website. Ya, I will have short post in LiewCF.com and point to the entry in new sites.

I know. Google adsense ads can easily be blocked using ad block extenstion/software. I am not targetting on you, anyway.

I thought SLIM PLAN FOR LiewCF were your plans for going on a diet. Now I feel stupid. Haha. Cheers
