BCB Customer Support Called Me

Filed in: Life Log — May 20th, 2005

Regarding my previous unpleasant experience with BCB, I got a phone call from KL BCB customer support this morning. He said somebody reported about the complaint in my website. I am surprised, really.

We talked for few minutes and I accepted their apologize. In fact, I nearly forgot about it. “Nearly forgot” because I haven’t free to resolve the ATM pin problem at the BCB branch yet.

Well, that was just a rare case, I believe. I hold no against BCB, I merely want to get my things done and enjoy their services. This apply to all the other service providers as well.

World peace. :)

Thought:
Hmm… I am still wondering who reported my blog entry to BCB… Seems like my blog entries start to have a bit influence. Is it a good news?
