Combined Google Adsense Ads?

This has been reported in Problogger, I thought it won’t happend to me but I was wrong. I got the combined adsense ads in my gadget blog - Ideal Gadget.
I was adding adlinks format ad into the sidebar of the blog, immediately I saw the new ad format in the medium rectangle ad as follow.
It is a combination of Adlinks ad and medium rectangle ad. Clicking the Adlink ad’s link changed the display ads and add a input field as follow.
Type in some keywords in the input field and click on the “>” button, I got ads related to the submited keywords. It is a adsense ads search!
Of course, I do not click on my own ads.
The combination ads does not last long, it gone after refresh. I repeat the same steps at this blog - LiewCF.com - but it does not appear(yet).

Hmm… It looks like an adsense ads search engine. I am not sure whether it will increase the revenue of publisher or not, since not statistic collected yet. But it helps readers get the related ads of their choice and, indirectly, increase the clickrate - which increase the publisher income.

i think problogger.net is having a long discussion on this also …I also saw it on my website on 26th May….weird stuff…Do visitors really click them …..Let me check my CTR tonite

@colbert: I mentioned problogger.net in my very first sentence.
How do you check the CTR for the combined ad? Since we are not sure when it appear or not.
