My website was on the first page of google for the search terms taser, tasers, taser c2. But now its gone and not anywhere for those terms. I havent changed anything on my site. I did a site:wegotsecurity.com search on google and I am still there. I have been reading and they state it might be a google error or joke. Is this correct? They said to waite until the next index and I should be back up there.

Thanks

I still see google page ranks. My old website had a page rank of 4. The new one still has a page rank of 4. It has been a month now. The old one was run by php-nuke and had no SEO done to it. It was awful with HTML. The new one uses Wordpress and is very SEO friendly with a lot of tweaking. But, the page rank still has not changed.

Also, my other site - http://www.girlgeekette.net showed a page rank of 6 after 3 days. At that time, the theme was not SEO. Now, the theme has been changed, keywords changed, meta tags changed and content changed. But, the PR still has not changed. This one has only been up 2 months and has a higher PR than the one that has been up for years.

I have gone over and over and over SEO pages and books working to improve my ranking. But, it still has not changed. I am wondering if there is any standstill. Googlebot still crawls it, and I have resubmitted it to search engines. But I have yet found a way to get Google to re-page rank it. Any suggestions?

my guess is they're reseting the pagerank thing, as a circumvent to some new hack found to increase the page rank using blogs, did you realize pages that pages from blogspot.com get listed on google result first page easier than any other site for most search query unless the search word is very very popular and common one?

Yes, I noticed it yesterday (27th May) as well. I guess Google is tuning the algorithm or the way it works. Cos quite a number of ppl have found out the way of increasing Page Rank, and some have utilized a few successful approaches to increate the Page Rank in short period as well.
