Iconize - minimize any windows into system tray

Sometimes we want to keep certain software minimize in system tray but the software does not support minimize as tray icon. Iconize is a little free tool that can minimize any Windows software into the system tray.

Thought:
I use this small freeware to minimize Internet Explorer into system tray while playing MSN Radio. It save my limited taskbar space(800×600, ouch!).
