Here is quick tip to make any window and frame in Mozilla Firefox to be resizable, even it has been disabled by the webmaster.

  1. Open a new window/tab, goto: about:config
  2. Change the value of following preference names to “true“(double click to change value) :
    dom.disable_window_open_feature.resizable
    layout.frames.force_resizability
  3. Done. You may need to restart Firefox to make the changes take effect.

The former preference make any window become resizable, the later is for frame.
