Though as one of my friends mentioned, SEO is actualyl basically marketing jargon or about buying your way into having an optimized website. The true ways of SEO are difficult and might I start the first thing, FLASH Is NOT SEO friendly at all. Though I'm not sure if it is when you use XML generated content.
